This Edwardian property was originally built in 1927 as housing for the workers of the then new Wilder's iron foundry. The foundry still stands but are now private apartments.
In 2018/2019 our property was completely refurbished to a high standard.
One of the 3 bedrooms was converted into a new upstairs bathroom and also features a new shower and toilet room downstairs.
The kitchen was completely gutted and replaced along with most ceilings and wall plaster.
The cottage is located in a private cul-de-sac of just 8 cottages approximately 3 minutes walk from the town centre shops, pubs and restaurants.
There is private parking directly outside the property entrance.
Additionally the property features a lovely south facing garden.
